Supporting 3rd Graders, Especially Boys

Objective:

The Dream Seed Program focuses on third graders, with a particular emphasis on boys at a critical stage in their educational journey. This program aims to cultivate a love for learning, creativity, and cultural awareness early.

Activities:

Arts and Culture Workshops: These hands-on workshops introduce children to various forms of artistic expression, such as painting, music, dance, and
storytelling, while also teaching them to embrace cultural experiences.
– Mentorship: Pairing boys with positive male role models from the community
who can provide guidance, encouragement, and academic and personal support.
– Educational Enrichment: Offering tutoring and enrichment activities that
reinforce core academic skills, particularly in literacy and math, to ensure that these
young students are on a solid path to success.
